It's a normal question, not a rhetorical question.

you and your rants against sprinters, sprinters not deserving the stripes, sprinters only working 200m..

do you have any doubt that only a few others train or suffer more than, for example, cav or petachi?
do you think that training to develop that speed (red fibers, right?), + endurance stamina and "staying power" is something easy to achieve?

training speed means losing the rest. for sprinters to be able to achieve what they achieve (ones are better than others, obviously) is something amazing.

obviously it makes sense to dope, so they can train more, recover better, and artificially increase/maintain endurance stamina and staying power, while still developing speed.

Just bad luck or the result of (more) targeted testing by the UCI? Either way, the guy was a bit unlucky to actually test positive. You'd expect a guy like Galimzyanov to be able to use EPO quite safely, since he's almost certainly not tested very often...

I bet the only reason why you love Cavendish is because his name starts with a C.

At all the rest of your post I can only say this: Dafuq.

Well then, blood doping allows them to get to the finish line in a better condition, hence making full use of their speed, especially in stage races. It also allows them to train harder and recover better, which is always good.

Exactly, how could it be a bad thing, other than its banned and might cause health risks.

Note: Yes we know its morally bad and health risks could be huge.
