Great to see McEwen win. Not a bad person either, ...]
Agreed - TdF was a bit cruel to him - he's one of those sprinters that doesn't ask for a train to pull him over the last km.

One of mans greatest (but hardest) accomplishments is admitting when he's wrong

Bah I don't know why I really hate when someone put something like this... everybody knows that... ppl has put that sooooo many times that has became meaningless... You only want that the Mapleleaf change his mind and stop arguing about this, just say it...

bah anyway...

Davis FTW today!!! (yeah I know, I know...)

I have the feeling Greiple will win today, I'm really going out on a limb on this one.

But I 'd love to see Tony Martin flex his muscles and split the peleton up late on if there's a crosswind, but maybe a dull stage who knows.

Garmin have the whole squad up front again, with Travis Meyer seemingly doing the bulk of the work.

Sky seem further forward at the moment, It was a bit chastening with what happened yesterday in the crosswinds but Michael Barry fell off and disrupted the team a bit I think.

I suppose it sums up Sky this year - people crashing and the team getting caught out in a big crosswind.

I think Renshaw stands a good chance, esp if they can get a good train going like usual

Looks like there isn't much in the way of wind today, no splits or stretching in the bunch so we ought to see a mass sprint. I think Chicchi, Renshaw, EBH will be the podium. Sky's been working all day, though, so they won't be able to serve up their usual too-soon leadout, so maybe EBH will end up in a better position?

Greipel and McEwen both easily passed EBH there. Quite why Sky is so insistent on using him primarily as a sprinter I do not know.
