Weak. How can you possibly defend ronaldo's personality?

I mean I think Robben and Van Persie are great players too but also terrible personalities.
However with Portuguese people they are appearently so biased they think the light shines out of his eyes?

Gomez, Müller and Podolski out, Reus, Schürrle and Klose in.

Now that's a Löw blow...

Hopefully Klose will make history and become European Champs All Time Scorer here :)

I'd like to have had that info before I placed 200 pounds on german victory. Anyways, that shouldn't be the reason if Germany fails today. Podolski and Müller haven't been that immense.

Maybe some southern Europeans lose the ability to view their countrymen objectively? The sun, maybe?:p

The arrogant, vain, prancing, trick pony is currently engaged in a fight for first place with Balotelli on my list of most loathsome players. Pepe is third.:D

It was also sickening last night to see another cheating scumbag, Figo, embracing the greatest Portuguese player of all time, Eusebio. A class player and a class human being, unlike the others mentioned here.

Ronaldo is Ronaldo. I actually think better of his personality than I used to. And you can't put a finger on his abilities. Nani on the hand is a player I've created quite an amount of hatred towards in the last couple of years. He is almost up there on level with Evra and Suarez on my list. What a diving, prima donna-Michael Jackson lookalike. Can't stand the man. Let's hope he doesn't read this. His reaction could be like this:

Massive loss for them. I wonder who will come in for him. Ninis started the first game but he disappointed. It leaves a big hole in their team to fill.
Probably Makos.

Klose for Gomez seems to be sure. Other two changes aren't that sure I think, but it sounds logical to me. Podolski only played bad matches and Müller isn't a real winger. Against the Greeks you need real wingers.

Not sure why anyone expects Ronaldo to have a normal personality in the slightest. For almost his entire life, he has been admired to an excessive degree for being quick and strong with very co-ordinated feet. When he was just 18, all of 15 million Euros were paid for his services. To expect him to behave like a normal person is absurd.

good work from germany.. I think it is the right choice to get rid of poldi and muller, they are not on good form at all, I would possibly let muller back in but it looks to me like anyone offers more than podolski these days. Although he is good at arriving late in the box and blasting it :S

My comment was humorously directed at the poster of that flouncy 'haters will hate' gif several posts before mine.

Some people around here need a sarcasm detector upgrade. ;)

Glad to see Reus and Schurrle starting and Gotze getting some game time. Reus had a good game and could start the next game but Schurrle was a bit wasteful.
Schweini was surprisingly sloppy. I think he's very tired. May be Low should have taken him off at some point.
The last two major tournaments the Germans won, they met English in the Semis. This year may be a repeat.

Spain (4-3-3): Casillas; Arbeloa, Ramos, Pique, Alba; Busquets, Xabi Alonso, Xavi; Iniesta, Silva, Fabregas

France (4-4-1-1): Lloris; Reveillere, Rami, Koscielny, Clichy; Debuchy, M'Vila, Cabaye, Malouda; Ribery; Benzema

Spain once again playing without a striker. Surprised to see Reveillere starting. It looks like Debuchy will be playing in midfield. Blanc has wielded the axe after the well publicised arguments in the dressing room with Nasri and Diarra after the Sweden game with both being dropped.

4-6-0 for Spain.

France nowhere near good enough to be dropping players out of spite.
