I'm sure they won'tMaybe we wanted to see more proof, but today this rider convinced me. The French have a big star on their country. I hope they don't pressure him like they have done with the others.

Pogi would’ve doubled Vingo today if they are obligated to do the whole race.
Remco is very strong. There is a hope he can challenge Tadej one day. MSR maybe...
wonder if remco can be under 3 mins behind at Lombardia -- improvement on last year at least.
The two aliens do not even look tired on the podium
The only interesting thing in the entire race.what a ride by Seixas. wow! attacks and attacks. very happy for him and Decathlon and all the French Decath haters
No matter how many riders finish, Skujins will always be top5 with his Latvian jersey.17 finishers![]()
Depends heavily on where Pogacar wants to go. The parcours is extremely different from the Euro's, and he did lose time on all the uphills today. He's definitely much better than last year. I would think a gap under 2 minutes is likely.

Who needs French pressure.. I watched in English and Spanish and the TNT female announcing that precious Prince Paul will be neck and neck with Pogacar in a year.. Guy is still a teenager and the weight of the world already on his shouldersI'm sure they won't
Del Toro in Italy assisting on Yates winhalf expect to see del toro sprinting just to beat ayuso.
I'm a bit surprised to see that the European champion only gets 250 UCI points, while you get 300 UCI points for winning a race like Copenhagen Sprint. I would have expected UCI to favour the European Championships more.
In Mexican lexicon they use bonbon..that means marshmallow.. The guy is soft and Trek can't fix that.. Ayuso was looking around and you could see he was sitting up..Ayuso FTW, his best at WCs![]()
In 2 years they'll be calling him goat, in 4 years he'll be washed.Who needs French pressure.. I'm no blind fanboy of Pog at all, but seeing how he rode this year in his first outing, I would absolutely give Pog a very solid chance of dropping VDP at PR. All conjecture until next spring of course!Yeah, I agree age is in favour of Pog, but we're just on slightly part of the scale otherwise. I see Pog with basically no chance of dropping VDP at PR (without smth happening to him ofc) the next 2 years, and then give him maybe a 5% chance in the sprint.
So another 20 minutes of suspense? This is basically objectively falsifiable as Evenepoel only got away 2 laps later than Pogacar.
