It's reasonable to expect that.
Maybe. I just think the parcours is too easy to really have any hope that there will be any excitement in the battle for the win.

Leadout was bad yesterday but it was too easy of a finish anyway. Good to see him dish out some shoulder barges himself
Dear Roglic fans, here is the statement of Roglic physiotherapist and his comments on Jumbo as Rachkam mentionedAn interesting interview with Dr. Bračič appeared in the media, i.e. the man who treated Rog's knee injury after Itzulia & his fractured vertebrae after the TdF: Strokovnjak, ki je zdravil Primoža Rogliča: Na Dirki po Franciji se je žrtvoval za ekipo - siol.net
(Google translate options exist for anyone who wants to read the whole article).
Basically the crux of the matter (& salient points) is the fact Jumbo mistreated/neglected Roglič pretty badly this season. First with his knee injury when their solution to his complaints about the pain he felt behind his knee was to 'take a pill'. There hadn't been a serious review of his injury by the team at all & when he did his own ultrasound scans, Bračič discovered a ruptured muscle.
Then in the TdF the team once again suggested taking a pill (lol!) to fix the back problem & they kept quiet about his issues because of team tactics (like everyone assumed, i.e. using Rog as bait to help Jonas win). They continued with this approach after Granon (despite the fact his work was done). But after he left the TdF, Rog did a magnetic scan in Monte Carlo & it showed the seriousness of the problem.
Bračič basically accuses the Jumbo team doctors of forgetting their oath & putting the team > the rider. He also accuses the team of basically forgetting about Roglič despite the fact he put the team's goals first over himself.
Fascinating (& pretty explosive) stuff.
Surely your personal physio doesn't post that without getting the nod from rogla. Maybe he really is a bit dark on his team treatment of late.Dear Roglic fans, here is the statement of Roglic physiotherapist and his comments on Jumbo as Rachkam mentioned

TJV management should be ashamed of themselvesInteresting read. I didn't expect that from TJV... I guess winning the Tour is more important than a rider's health. The worst part is that they didn't even send him for an MRI scan. Now I'm not surprised he went into silent mode after he abandoned...
Yep. Primoz is starting to look like he's got the goods and some confidence. Great day for him putting time into Mas and shaking up DQS strategy. Chris Harper and Gesink worked flawlessly for a good day all around. Will he, though?
Tomorrow could be more dramatic with other GC riders looking to move up, too. Carapaz was my Wild Card guy from way back and he snagged what could be valuable time from Primoz with an exceptionally tough finish. Ineos should be happy.Exciting. What a Champ.
Game on now. First day of altitude climbing & this is what's possible.
Yes, I was wondering why Gesink and then Harper were riding so hard, but now it is clear. If Jumbo didn't make the race harder when they did, Remco could have sat back with his team and kept the gap (if any) much closer to Rog and Mas.Yep. Oomen has been a big, fat disappointment, but Harper and Gesink have been solid. Let's hope they get the maximum out of the team tomorrow when launching Rogla.
