Resentment, not hatred. You wouldn't resent the guy who actively tried to keep you out of the Tour squad, most likely (we don't know this for a fact) for the second time in a row?
you realize the user Rackham makes crazy assumptions out of false news stories, uncredited quotes, wrong translations, literally everything and especially their own deranged imagination, just to make Vingegaard look mean/stupid/mentally ill/robotic?

he hasn't done anything to keep Roglic out of the team

It means Roglič can & will have his chances as long as he has the power. That's one thing Jumbo have demonstrated over the years, i.e. they don't really care who they win with as long as they win. They don't do cult of personality.
I find it hard to believe a Dutch team wouldn't rather win with a Dutch than a foreigner, all else equal. Same goes for any team/nationality. Pog has a sweet setup because there's no UAE native rider who he has to compete with.

Well, then Roglic and Vingegaard are equals in that regard.

I appreciate the interest in my mental state but I simply shared a link to a wielerrevue article which features a recent Zeeman interview.

That's all. I don't see where the rest of the stuff you attributed to me comes from (like the insinuation I somehow claimed Vingegaard wants to keep Rog out of the Tour de France team?).

You'd have to be pretty selective with whatever quotes you handpick from my posts to make a case in that direction. I think I was pretty fair tbh, i.e. Roglič looks happy in his Vuelta preparations & the race has a lot of potential to be exciting (& I'm looking forwards to it).

The Tour de France is simply another matter altogether (aka a different race entirely) & whatever happens in the Vuelta will likely have little impact on next year's planning, in whatever way Jumbo are currently leaning.

He has won 4 races.

Damn I totally forgot about Gran Camiño. I should quantify my prior post with "world tour level races" because that's what Roglič currently has a 100% win rate in this season.

I think that fully depends on the target market of the sponsor, which doesn't have to be the domestic market. Lidl for example, I guess, are not aiming at the German market but rather France, the UK, Spain, Italy and e.g. which all have significant numbers of Lidl stores and are classical cycling nations + UK.

Dumoulin was Jumbo's real attempt to get a Dutch GT winner. He shared leadership with Roglič in the 2020 Tour & Vuelta.

But as of right now, we have no idea whether Jumbo's priorities mean anything going forwards because the sponsorship issue is up in the air. If it's the Saudis (one rumor) who become main sponsor, then none of that will matter.

That's all true, but not in contradiction to what I said. :)

I believe Jumbos target market is the Netherlands so it's natural for them to try get a Dutch GT winner.
I'd be very surprised if Lidl was to try and find a German GT winner, even though they surely had the money to try if they wanted to.
If the Saudis were to take over Jumbos licence I guess all bets are off as to what on earth they could do to the sport. I fear they might make Sky look like an under powered team.

It's not actally an interview, it's an exerpt from a book by the title "het plan" by Nando Boers, which has a lot of behind the scenes stuff from the team.

That Saudi story is an absolute nothing burger. Richard Plugge (i.e. the team boss) didn't even know anything about it. It was just click bait from Raymond Kerckhoffs, former tabloid journalist who now works for Wielerflits.

I was the one making crazy assumptions, not Rackham.

I thought it was weird that Rogla hadn't had any contact with Vingegaard in the - I think it was - 2 days after the latter won his second Tour. But in retrospect that may not be that unusual for a teammate that wasn't part of their Tour squad. I wouldn't know.

After Giro i was a bit empty and the long rest from active racing was wonderful. But now i must say that i miss Rogla competing and luckily Vuelta is just around the corner. Otherwise i would likely go a bit crazy too.
And, hopefully; he's done the necessary prep to handle the field. Remco's WC RR certainly provided Primoz with some indication of what he'd need to bring to the race to deal with RE.
