Yeah, sure.I didn’t. I merely used Pog as an example what can happen if you are not careful with expending your energy. It had nothing to do with the Rog-Pog-Vinge triangle…

Ah, a TT. Thats grasping at straws.
You got it.Considering Jonas Tour ITT performance and the fact he was winning everything in spring convincingly and considering this was basically the only stage they competed against each other. Why would it be grasping at straws? On the contrary it shows something else, Jonas is currently a bit overhyped, especially in regards to Rogla. Some people seem to believe Jonas in on another level, compared to Rogla. And then on the first chance Rogla got, he has beaten Jonas, convincingly.
You got it.
Yes, he has now surpassed Vinge. Everything is good. You asked, you don't like the answer, now you are just being salty. That is if Jonas is that much better, as some of you claim, why didn't he beat Rogla on that ITT.
Yes, he has now surpassed Vinge. Everything is good.
As for Rogla riding defensively, stage 7 of Dauphiné 2024. IMHO that was not ridden defensively. It was an all out attack by Bora and Rogla, would be hard to be more aggressive than that.
I dont think this even was the question but feel free to continue. We can talk again at Vuelta 2024 or Tour 2025, still that was not the question. The question was so far and so far they raced half a stage race against each other. Jonas was not superior.
C'mon mate, don't say Jonas is overhyped just because he lost one short hilly ITT in Itzulia, probably the one specific area where Roglic has been the best in the world. Besides that, TT setup from Visma is trash at the moment.Considering Jonas Tour ITT performance and the fact he was winning everything in spring convincingly and considering this was basically the only stage they competed against each other. If you don’t like the answer, don’t ask the question.I dont think this even was the question but feel free to continue.
He is better because he won a 10km ITT. It is all good.
Right...

Winning a 10 KM ITT isnt winning the race by the way, but ok.If you don’t like the answer, don’t ask the question.
Well you can always ask the cyclist that came second. Was he attacking and has just felt defensive action or was he under aggression. On what was the reason to finish second.
The question was when was Rogla better when he raced against Jonas. And so far the mentioned ITT is the only time they raced against each other.
Vingegaard finished ahead on the next stage though, therefore he must be better! Now what? The question was when was Rogla better when he raced against Jonas. And so far the mentioned ITT is the only time they raced against each other.
So every time there is a bike race there was an attack because someone finished second?![]()
Hahahahahahahahahhajahehthahahahahahahaha my godThere is nothing defensive in the way Rogla and Bora won the last two stages, it's pure aggression.

@CyclistAbi you loved the old sky days. Some of you are claiming Rogla is riding defensively. I am just pointing out that is BS. There is nothing defensive in the way Rogla and Bora won the last two stages, it's pure aggression.
Like I said above, you got it man. Have a cool evening. It works for me, that is you reconsidering and now to acknowledge you got the right answer, for the question you asked.
P.S. As for stage 2, on where Jonas finished 19 and Rogla 29. Indeed, at a first glance, that looks rather weak to me, both should do better.

Definitely not. Also on other fora, people mostly had something against him because of his riding style.I don't think that was the main reason, at least not for the most vocal posters on this forum.
