He regularly rides with convicted dopers, Contador and Valverde, so don't get your knickers in a twist :D

I expect Froome is quiet because he doesn't want to feed the trolls ;)

Funny, that's the term Armstrong used to refer to (and mock) his critics as well. The 'ol "attack the messenger" gambit always works well, eh?

Also funny that Froome should suddenly care what the trolls think, after giving us so much material to work with.

Froome has been a gift for the clinic the past 3 years. Its probably over soon so we should enjoy him while it lasts.

In some ways we have to thank Armstrong. It's now much so easier to expose the bull**** the skybots are saying as bull**** because the lancebots said the exact same things.

Take the simple truth that passing doping tests is only week evidence for being clean. Pre lance bust, it required a thinking person to see this truth. Now, we can just say that Lance passed hundreds of tests and even total morons can't help but see the light.

It was indeed, and I was very well aware that when I posted somebody would make the entirely predictable and unimaginative Lance reference. It is getting kind of tired now, though.

Not sure I agree with that. It just required a person who had watched Indurain. I don't think anybody who watched the transition in cycling that occurred at the end of the 80s had any reason to think Armstrong wasn't a doper....or indeed anybody who GC'd in a GT.

Not that I think that use or not of social media has anything to do with cleanliness or otherwise.

But Froome did tweet a picture from a training ride today.

Predictable and unimaginative does seems to spawn itself, yes?

I love that for you, calling people trolls isn't the problem, it's my noting the similarity to Armstrong tactics in calling people trolls. Brilliant.

Someone should catch you up, you missed an entire decade of posts from such people. Still going on, comically.

So wait, you're saying that Wiggins and Froome are dopers too?

Clearly cycling began for you in the internet age, which coincidentally was the Lance era.

Just another bitter ex-Lance fan?

Don't blame me for it.

I'm talking about the post 80's era.

We don't yet fully know if we are still in that era.

Isnt that strange that the day after I raise this issue - Mr Froome suddenly goes on Twitter !!

Doesnt state where he is though ???? AND THAT BIKE COULD BE ANY SKY RIDERS SHOULD IT BE IN EUROPE.

Looks like some sort of `arty' marketing photo for Pinarellos.

Look at the steel door and graffiti.

Obvious drug den.

He's trying to tell you something, cycle chic.

I think he wants to come clean

Froome on the hand has explicitly said he thinks doping tests serve to prove he is clean.

So you knew which riders were doping in the 90's because their transformations were too great, but when current riders undergo identical or even greater transformations, you (as in you singular, despite your attempt to talk for others with the word "we") don't know because it's a different era?

Makes sense:rolleyes:

Edgy, perhaps he was going to fill his bottles from the fountain.
