WHo said anything about this forum? Its quite clear from reactions in other European countries including a poll in one country that asked if Froome dopes, that everyone outside of Britain laughs at the sight of him riding up mountains. Even the commentators in some countries have been caught laughing about it on air.

Again, poll in one country doesn't allow to judge about him so globally and boil that down to everyone outside of Britain. One can find negative and overly negative opinions on any big gc riders. That's matter of desire to focus on a particular rider. By the way, the ES commentators actively 'supported' on here create absolutely alternative point of view and, believe me, their audience is way bigger than the alleged category of 'everyone outside Britain' you mythologize in your posts.

By "free pass" do you mean the way in which most people acknowledge that, of course he doped at many points in his career and may still be doping now, but he seems like a very personable individual, carries himself with class, rides with extraordinary style, races to win, is highly entertaining, displays a genuine passion for his sport...and has a great victory salute?

I would be shocked if anyone thought his victory salute was anything other than embarrassing. Perhaps if he turned round, as someone suggested in the past...
