Whilst I suspect that you and I have drawn the same conclusions as to how Team Sky are managing to be so strong, Boardman is also quite correct from the position from which he is talking. I've watched the British coverage (ITV) and they are frequently voicing why there is the disquiet, without actually endorsing it. The reason they aren't endorsing it is because they can't because there is, like it or not, actually no evidence.

What we don't have is a failed drug test. But, given the drug takers are so far ahead of the drug testers, why would anyone take that as a sign of innocence?
