Gaining Weight

I would like to put on about 8-12kg however I have a fast metabolism and I find it a bit hard to eat alot of food.

I am thinking of putting on some weight by increasing the amount of calories I consume to about 2500. However, if I exercise, do I need more calories?

I have tried to get around 2500 calories and I find it quite hard.

Anyway does anyone have any tips so I give it a good crack?
 
I think most here could better advise you on how to lose weight ? :) .

Seems your fast metabolism is your challenge. I would say the better and healthier way to gain weight is to add lean muscle rather than look at your caloric count which might also overlook the quality of food you put in your mouth? Protein powders may help too? But others may have better advice?
