I logged onto the interwebs today and there was nothing interesting, so I had make do with posting inane nonsense onto Facebook and cycling forums.

Man I agree, thankfully I was busy at work or I would have been really bored today.

Recent complaint...well I'm minding my own business and just having fun and not hurting anyone in the process and yet would get condemned for it. Tss...

* People not looking after the work tools so when I go to use them, they are not working properly and make take even longer to do my job and I have my forearm giving me a spray (Aussie slang that he is having a go at me) for not getting my job done fast enough and making all sorts of threats wrt to my job and whatnot. Go die in a fire you ****s.
* My back and neck still giving me some trouble.

My most serious complaint is about some people's behavior at the register in the supermarket. My local supermarket has a
"beverage market" section which has only 2 cash registers. I would like to make the point that those registers are the "Beer and chips" lines. I hate people who use these cashiers for groceries. They come in with a fully loaded cart and go around to the beverage section because the lines are shorter.
Beer runs are pretty straight forward, you come in, you choose your beer and you come out in a couple of minutes. Maybe get some chips or pretzels with your beverages but if you are carrying toilet paper or fruit, you need to go stand in line somewhere else.

Three or so million of my closest friends and I are about to run out of unemployment benefits. Note: expect consumer spending to decline in April.

You need to reframe: You should have all the time in the world to ride your bike, take long walks along the beach (or woods), go on picnics, re-connect with friends and loved ones. AND staying lean and mean should be a snap with no food in the house..

Cheer up! Go buy yourself a present!

Can't find the traditional German shoes that men wear when walking/hiking around in the woods. Simple leather shoe with the laces on the side...? Can't find them anywhere. No luck on Quelle.

Move to Australia, no worry about your unemployment benefits from ever running out, unless you are not looking for at least four jobs a week, and all you have to do is write down four random businesses from the phone book and write them down on your form and you good to go.

Nah seriously, unemployment sucks, I have been there myself recently (on the plus side it allowed me to go up a whole new level with my cycling, since I had more time to train).

Are you having any luck on the job look out or continual banging your head up against the wall?

I have been out of unemployment bennies and health care coverage for some time. I'm not quite at the continual banging my head up against the wall stage.

I do know I better not get sick.

America frightens the living shlt out of me. Sad thing is that there are many rich powerful people here that want Australia to head down the private path.
