It really isn't that special a car, is this a 'sky' thing with you?_?

I don't care for it either

See I'm not the only one. Besides I find it strange that it's possible to find a car sexy.

That car doesn't seem special, but I could be mistaken of course.

excepot that basso isn't even sure he will do the giro and trust me. they won't start the giro without a leader and even if basso confirms it I doubt liquigas will have enough trust in him alone

I knew Basso wasn't a 100%, so I made the inference from this news that Basso had already communicated (internally) that he would be good for the Giro, allowing them to schedule Nibali for the ToC and TdF. You think they haven't talked to Basso (as well as Nibali) before coming up with a schedule for Nibali, and LIQ might change his (Nibali's) program in the next couple of days?

Nothing is impossible, obviously.

But Basso looked ok in the final stage of Trentino. And we're still three weeks away from the moment the Giro will be decided. He's probably confident he'll peak at the right time, like he did two years ago.

basso hasn't confirmed he will do the giro. after trentino eh said he will test at romandie and sees how it goes. it's nibali that sais he will do the tour probably. I have yet to see liquigas name their 9 man roster

So he really has to show himself now in Romandie. No soft-pedaling there, thats for sure.

Even 2 days ago Nibali said the team would decide. If Basso doesn't have the goods or feel he will be there after Romandie, Nibali could well get called up. Ryo is right - Liquigas won't risk going to the Giro without a leader.

Nibali has been impressive. A logical choice.

GreenEdge to announce title sponsor next week

That's good news both for the team and cycling in general, they've started pretty well and it's good to see that they've been able to attract a sponsor so quickly (and before their first gt too).

Anyone heard anything as to who and can we expect a new kit?_?

if they had a few weeks time to prepare it before, then it could be ok for the Giro. if not, we could see it at California and Dauphinée
