Orio = Aia finish just like the awesome 2010 stage?

Please let the Lesaka stage be Erlaitz then the Aritxulegi-Agiña double then descent finish.

Looks like it's going to be a battle between Landa and Quintana.

contador has it in the bag. of course, i would love landa to take it.
Yeah it's a good route for him. Also Algarve, with the long MTF, the shorter, punchier MTF and the ITT. Apparently Sky aren't racing (Thomas), so it all depends on who Movi and Astana send. But he should be able to take all of their best riders in the ITT.

They only put out little information.

For stage 3: In the way the route will pass Aritxulegi-Agiña and Igantzi.
For stage 4: Some climbs to Aia from different roads.
For stage 5: Last circuit similar to previous editions.
For stage 6: Eibar - Azitain industrial zone - Orbe - Arrate - Eibar - Rondabout of Ermua - Toribio Etxeberria (2 de Mayo)

RusVelo has even more positives than Itera. Great move to bring them into the Russian Cycling Project setup.

Half the WT teams at Qatar in 2016 compared to previous years.
They all quote either 'technical matters' or 'logistical matters' for not participating.

The obscure language is because it wouldn't look good to simply say 'they won't pay us as much to be there this time'

I guess RusVelo is now the new feeder team?

Riders Kochetkov, Lagutin, Kozonchuk, Rybakov came from RusVelo and there seems to be a fairly incestuous relationship already. Several riders, most notably Zakarin, have ridden for all three. Kritsky went from Katusha to Itera to Katusha to RusVelo.

A shame that a lot of the top teams wouldn't ride in Qatar and Oman. The hot weather is an issue? No Green Mountain this year?
Probably money issues.

In Portugal interesting news. Sporting (the football club) will be on road in 2016. The club made a partnership with w52 and absorved the structure, the team will be named Sporting/W52. Maybe in 2017 Porto and Benfica join Sporting, some months ago was rumoured that Porto could comeback next year with a new team but until now there is no news about that
