the timetable on the race website (registration needed) has it with Oude Kruisberg and at 268k, same final 90k as last year:

only change there is the early addition of Marlboroughstraat between Molenberg and Berendries.

But maybe it's not up to date anymore?

I have no idea, like Netserk said, they deleted a tweet with the profile and it said 286 km. Belgian media also picked it up.

Maybe they just couldn't spell 268?
here's what they sent out (and then deleted), with 286.9k vs 268.9k on the time table. So could very well be a typo indeed.

For comparison, last year's profile, where they also mixed up Nieuwe and Oude Kruisberg in the end

I was in Edinburgh a few weeks ago for a stag do, we didn't get to see the city much so when I was going back to the hotel I decided to have a little drunken walk about on my own, I couldn't help thinking that the cobbled hill up to the castle in the middle of the city could make for a great finish to a cycling race, perhaps that's what they will go for.

The men's peloton will spring into action in Edinburgh and visit Wales before returning to England, for a total of three nations in one same Grand Départ.

So they'll make ~400 kilometres transfer between stage 1 and 2?
Sounds stupid to me. Would be much better and easier if they do stage 2 around Lake District, perhaps, and then go down to Wales for stage 3.
