I actually liked Eurosport a lot, and foxfooty too .... but is too much money just for 1 channel (my footy is broadcast on FTA anyway)

I wish that I could pay for just Eurosport ... but even foxtel on computer or phone is only foxsportnews and Eurosport News - not the actual good stuff.

I dont really see the point in paying for tv when most the stuff is simply crap anyway. Most cycling races I can watch on free to air tv or on a online feed (often a legal one). Regarding footy, as you know Timmy my team often is on free to air . Though, each to their own.

This year's Amstel Gold Race will have a new final, the Cauberg has been replaced by a flat sprint.

Just kidding. It has been changed though: the distance between Keutenberg and Cauberg has been shortened by almost 3 km, and will be mostly a descent. This gives an escape on the Keutenberg a bigger chance of succeeding, obviously.

That Giro song is almost as good as "Feel the Rush".

The reasoning is that this should give attackers on the Keutenberg more chance to win.

It's a good idea, but I wouldn't have mind if they put the finish 2-4km after the Cauberg as well.


According to some readers of Wielerflits.nl the reductation is 1.1-1.3km instead of 2km.
