The thing is if this does come back together it will heavily favour Dumo if these guys are smashing it at 55kmph for 3hours or so on the flat it will favour him over the little climbers when it comes to the climb at the end.

On the other hand, even if he can handle that very same pace better than the lighter guys, his rivals aren't currently getting their nerves wrecked over losing the Giro.

How long is it until the next climb? If it's not within bridgeable distance by then, they could be in trouble. Would have been epic if they'd stuck Monte Crostis in this stage somewhere.
