Big split with Martinez caught behind, wouldn't think they would pace due to it but it was already naturally high so might be difficult to stitch back up.

Martinez is in first group?

Anyways gaps aren't that big, will normally come back together

Thanks for the photos! It is narrow so how so many sprint teams are going to get through is a good question. If they have not done the asphalt wel on the bit of the roundabout they'ce covered over, then guys could go flying.

Oh, great. So according to Anders Mielke the new asphalt is still kinda sticky.

He always talks up everything that's remotely irregular.

He even said it was bakingly hot, while clad in a black long-sleeved jacket.

For the record, I also think the descent so close to the finish is super super stupid.

Stage hunter Ben O'Connor is dropped. A possibly spicy finish. Not too bad but I hope for more action later.
