Yeah it wouldn't be surprised if there was some Magnus-Corting going on in the break because Bjerg was dropped on the first climb and made it back. Capannelle+descent would be the place to extend if that were the case.

Novak and Laengen were quite good on the first categorised climb and Majka ordered them to manage a pace they could keep. Meanwhile there was a lot of looking around up in front.
