Menchov is actually quite talkative. In Spanish.auscyclefan94 said:Menchov coming back to life...lol. He certainly wouldn't be coming to life in an interview.![]()
dlwssonic said:sorry for my fanboyism but this is a much better race for BMC than i expected they would have. I thought they will not be featuring at all with their usual dissapointing displays

Escarabajo said:I had a lot of grief from other forum members for not knowing the past of Philip Gilbert very well and I accepted the attacks for not doing the research. I think you have to do yours on Duarte.

Menchov is not that inconsistent as people think, he usually podiums in a few stage races every year. It's just that this year his preparation hasn't been very ideal.dlwssonic said:yes menchov and sastre are leaders but they are not very consistent and very often perform below par. they cant get you consistent results like AC, AS, valverde and evans. But who knows they might win the giro or vuelta
auscyclefan94 said:Well Duarte hasn't really shown anything at all on the climbs let alone a sprint on a climb. Scarponi is quite quick and after a tough stage up a climb you'd think he would of beaten him.
Forgive him, Duarte doesn't ride for BMC and thus ACF doesn't follow him that well.Escarabajo said:
Again, do your research.

roundabout said:This is true. I don't think Morabito has raced anything since Paris-Nice and he was far from impressive there so it is a bit of a surprise to see him climb with the best
Escarabajo said:Ok, maybe not in sprints but mountains? he has shown a lot of power in the mountains this year (don’t even want to mention previous years).
I hope not to see Duarte loosing another sprint against Basso again.

I'm surprised Scarponi lost to Duate in a sprint. Scarponi is generally quite quick.
GC
Scarponi
Machado +7s
Morabito +34s
Pozzovivo +35s

I've heard many media people say he is one of the most boring people to interview. Same with Sastre.
btw, Morabito was injured in PN.
dlwssonic said:Morabito third place on GC! Oh yea! maybe their season isnt that disastrous after all. Is this geox first win of the season, sorry i might be quite ignorant.
