Such a quality group. Emilia is one of those races where it’s impossible to be in contention without being one of the strongest. It’s both a bit boring and beautiful.

But even if nobody attacks before the final ascent. Pogacar will have a problem if he can't drop everyone. Using Yates now basically eliminates their option to ride for a sprint or at least control most of the final climb

They are riding like they are confident that Pog is the strongest and thats how they should ride.

They dont want a surprise and let someone have a gap before the final ascent.

If someone is just better than Pog? Fair play. They deserve it.
