Re:

I think Trek as team there should get some kind of punishment for that or the driver of the car.

They know Pedersen is coming up from behind. Just pullover and let him pass the car. Instead of essentially drafting him up.

It looks really bad when it was the same team involved there in that situation.

Mads, behave yourself.

(I'm surprised two teammates were allowed to start right after each other.)

Throw Pedersen out of the race, wtf is this ***.
What is he doing? I don't have images yet :surprised:

Caught up with his minute man (BVP), and got a bit of a draft from the car behind Van Poppel, which happened to be a van...

LoL at the 15 K to go gate.
Imagine being a TT expert, fighting for the win, and suddenly seeing the message "Full gas now!" flash over the road in front of you.
"What the *** do you think I'm doing?"

Victor "If I'm not the fastest when I cross the line then I've had 2 flat tires" Campenaerts, 2nd at the first intermediate.

Over two minutes between the first and last at the first intermediate.
That's a lot.

... And over 3 at the second time check.
Plenty.

I feel like this is going to backfire tremendously for Yates. Just seems odd for a small, lightweight climber to go with this gear for around 45 minutes.
It's the feeling he has that he's invincible.

Are they riding FIXED?

'cos otherwise largest gear really doesn't matter, especially if it can actually just mean better chainlines and gaps in the gears they actually use most of the time.
