Looks like having the time references means a lot on this route.
Best times at the finish are changing more frequent than expected.

Now we can wait for Dumoulin. Don`t expect anyone else to beat Tony today.

Nope, it's tail wind as expected.
Will probably stay like that.
Well that measn Yates can limit the damage to maybe 45s tops
I don't know. There are big gaps even between specialists.
Yes. Appears that the route allows deep digs towards the finish if rider has a chasing mark.

I predicted Yates deficit from Dumo between 1:30 and 2:00
45 sec is out of this world, unless Tom stops for a break.

FWIW there is not much wind forecast but what little wind there is should be more against later instead of from behind as the early starters had

Not unusual in the mountains, around here the wind often turns around 4 pm.

Thought it would turn sooner.

Always a pain when windsurfing on Lago di Garda :D

This is what I was saying yesterday: there has been no evidence of Tony Martin's decline in long, flat time trials. He has just had fair/poor results in short and/or hilly ones in the last year and a half.

Slippery roads make the difference. More for the stage victory than the GC, but the overall can be affected too.

Up until a couple of minutes ago, you could get a Tony Martin win @4. Now that odd has gone down to 2.6.
