If you get to the top and it's a clear day, from this side of the mountain you can see all the northeastern part of Sicily and beyond.
Right before Calabria, you'll notice a pointy strip of sea, where countless battles, trades and earthquakes took place.
Yeah that's right, it's the strait of Messina, home of Lo Squalo dello Stretto.

You know who is going to win today.
Yates?

To be fair, every year when I look at all the cycling I've seen more than 50% of disappointment came from the Tour.
Exactly. This year Tour was much more interesting than usually, but I bet it will be again the least interesting GT of the year.

Supposed to have a meeting with one of the people I manage around the finale time. It's totally ok for me to rearrange that just in case this gets interesting right >_>

WFH has really affected my priorities

Giro & Vuelta, as 2nd class GT with less (financial) importance, are much less controlled by trains and doms and that's why usually more entertaining.

Like it or not, teams and riders spoke loud and clear their preferences when the race rescheduling was discussed.
Yeah but guess what, my grandma switching on the Tour during her afternoon nap because the landscape is so pretty, is not a true cycling fan

They saying it's windy towards the end at the moment, and it's raining a bit but discontinuously.

Pretty weak breakaway, but they might stay away anyway. Who's gonna lead the chase in the peloton? Quickstep? Michelton?

Edit: Michelton, apparently.

Mitchelton taking responsibility for controlling the break, clearly Yates is targeting this stage.

Question is if any other teams will want to spend energy helping them?

With Campenaerts, Bjerg and Craddock in the break, it will not be easy to keep the break in check except, for on steep gradients.
