8 seconds is the gap, Mcnulty was closing it but it was important that Healy was ahead on the descent.

The final two mountain stages could have 100km raids and it still wouldn’t make up for the rest of the race
It would basically be the 2011 Tour minus Voeckler then. Would still be somewhat subpar but at least decent overall, which is more than any of us can hope for at this point.

Healy caught on the descent by McNulty - not sure what the peloton is doing and don't really care at this point, but the battle at the front is exciting!

We're gonna get 1 race winning attack and we're gonna miss it cause it happens just as the breakaway winner crosses the line followed by 4 seperate breakaway riders that get priority on broadcast.

Okey, where does this years Giro rank with the worst recent editions? Is it worse than 2012/22?
Comfortably worse. Last year had the Torino stage, for starters. If it doesn't pick up in the final week, this will be the worst GT in modern cycling history and possibly of all time.
