Yep that's what the forecast says.
And it's not particularly cold: 18° at the start, 9-10° on top of the climbs at the moment.

It's cold in a t-shirt waiting 2 hours for the riders to arrive. It gets a bit warmer with the excitement of the giro-e riders and then stays warm with the anticipation of the real show.
