I heard some booing for Toro. Probably from Ecuadorians.

How unfortunate.

Del Toro made a mistake, but Carapaz should´ve won the Giro himself.
In any case, this attitude of the fans is regrettable.

Or people could have mistaken the hundreds of Mexican fans that were chanting " Toro,Toro,Toro" as he got white jersey, got podium honors or the hundreds of Italian supporters he has from racing and training in Italy for 3 years .
.he speaks with many Italian admirers in national language. The 4 Facebook pages from people from Ensenada in the crowd today don't have any booing for anyone.. Del Toro went with no expectations from team, got so so much more.
