Horrible bike, no Wigans, you're not going to win this Time Trial.

I think it's between Millar and Vino, leaning towards Millar.

Bets on:

Vino win
Porte win
Karpets top3

Svein Tuft FTW on Saturday!!!! he carried fido across the planet on his rickety bicycle, he can beat 197 skinny dudes in spandex in a 8km TT even though he's got a minor disadvantage, being not on the juice.

I would like to see that. Won't happen, but it is a nice dream.

Pretty much how I was feeling when I went to the course to see the riders and my bike broke down. Later getting a call from I guy I know who works at eurosport and was at the finish and was able to talk to the riders and already saw them going by twice.

Damn, I'm now stuck at home watching it on the tv

When you stick your head out, what's the weather like?

Have you been able to ride the course, and if so, is it very technical with all the tram tracks and corners?

Occasionally some drops of rain, mainly dry, soft breeze, cloudy. Good chance I believe on rain, also some chance of the wind picking up a little, not too much or too influential. Certain areas of the road are still damp with some puddles. The only manner in which I was able to ride part of the course, was with the tram tracks still exposed, so I wonder how much they will cover them up. Also I don't know what parts of the roads they'll use, I myself mainly road on the cycling roads ;)

The best GT of the year is here. The giro climbs make the tour's climbs look puny!

Well, McEwen just got off to a bad start. He olled down ramp and had to stop to tighten his q release of rear wheel. and lost 15 seconds

Good work mcewen!

Astana and Grivko take the early lead!
Pozzovivvo has come off in the wet.
McEwen loses time "adjusting".

Thanks for that!

I wonder what the general road conditions are, as sometimes Amsterdam roads are rather, erm, filled with potholes.

We'll soon see how the first riders will take the course. Can't wait.

Feed??????

Rabon dissapointing. 35 seconds off so far. I have a feeling their may be some time gaps of 15 to 20 seconds between some of the favourites today. The techincal course, the conditions and the gaps already seem to indcate that.
