The last 5 kms will be raced on folding bikes. The riders won't be informed until then.

you are not too far from the truth... You missed the clothing change, which is obviously a requirement. This is Roberto Heras in a previous edition:

TT...but when you catch the guy infront you can help each other out. Winner is first across the line.

Sounds like a handicap race.

Unfortunately for the rest of the field, the Aussies in the race would probably be favourites given that they've done them at club level before turning pro :p

I still put my faith in Greipel ;)

1. Greipel
2. Farrar
3. Henderson
4. Brown
5. Goss
6. Weylandt
7. Hondo
8. Bonnet
9. Duque
10. Förster
11. Pozzato
12. McEwen
13. Fischer
14. Garzelli
15. Pinotti

What's the odds for getting the top fifteen riders right? ;)

Wow, Eurosport are showing live coverage with 100k to go. Shame I have to go out this afternoon.

Having said that, it's usually pretty boring to watch anything more than the last 40k.

If Goss is on lead-out duties:

Farrar, Greipel, Henderson, Goss

If Goss is last man:

Goss, Farrar, Henderson

Goss will finish ahead of Greipel whether he is on lead-out or not, he already has twice.

Farrar will finish ahead of them both...as well as Henderson.

Gazzetta. Worked beautifully for me so far throughout the Giro.

Gazetta has nice video feed but i dont speak italian. not that there is any commentary atm on eurosport anyways heh. i'd stream both but the mother in law would skin me alive if i burned all her bandwidth. oh to be back home again

Finally, the Giro is producing a stage to match California for sheer tedium.
Tranquillo, tranquillo as the Sun is shinning...

....according to Eurosport, reported today, Contador on the Giro: " A lovely, beautiful race, missing not being there....."
Will be riding next year..........

Assuming all riders is equal and considering there're 182 riders left, you got a on out of 3365771970722154761040 chance....

Sorry, couldn't help it
