Wiggins and Millar both made the split, so no bike chuck, aw.

Au contraire, bike chuck is now all the more likely. If one of them flats out of the break in the last 10km I fully expect some carbon fibre to go flying.

Please tell me you mean the break

It's the break. But the break is big enough it feels like the péloton.

Androni have called their guys back.

I could have caused some concern if I'd said Gruppo Compacto, huh... could perhaps have got away with that before we had images, mind.

Not sure if this was mentioned by the way, but GPM (KoM) points a bit back:

GPM points:

Matty Lloyd 10
Domenico Pozzovivo 6
Jan Bakelants 4
Xavier Tondó 2
Francis De Greef 1

Lotto doing a good job stealing points away from Lloyd's contenders.

Don't give up hope. There is always a chance for a mechanical that causes a fit of bike throwing rage.

maybe if Cadel's fans weren't as highly-strung and easy to wind up as the man himself, then they wouldn't face such stick.

You scared me. For a moment I thought Riis was personally calling the tactics again (read: that Saxo were doing something mortally stupid that would kill the front group)

Let's agree to call them the front group and the maglia rosa group

Come on. We have sympathy for all the Cadel fans that your man has very likely lost the Giro...

But dont vent yout frustration on us. I actually backed Evans after Pellizotti pulled out. I guess any chance Cuddles had died with my endorsement.

I can safely say the anti-Cadel are to blame it as they love to sink the boot in whatever chance they get

well think about it - if you had to cop it every time you come into the forum, minding your own business which is supporting our man, wouldnt you be highly strung?

Speaking of which.....Santambrogio calls it quits.
