I think Basso actually. The bar with the names was brighter for Basso than for Cuddles.... I think that means Basso is ahead.

Rest days are hard to judge for riders. Riding your debut GT, and having a rest day in the 3rd week... it would be hard for the youngsters to judge this, and how the body will react.

There are no rules about bikes, only jerseys. He could ride a bike with "CADEL EVANS TOUR DE FRANCE WINNER 2008" on it and no-one would be able to do anything.
