After reading through the latter part of the stage thread, I can see "wheelsucking" has become the new "hold your line"
I learned the hard way a couple of nights ago the best thing to do is to shut up and pretend you agree with everything regadlessJA.Tri said:I know, some times it is difficult to stay quiet.
For the most part the thread has been pretty good.
Bloody great race though!!

And thoroughly sick and tired off folk throwing "doper" accusations at the end of every high profile stage here their guy loses out. I guess I am just weird to be a cycling fan who is glad to see all these riders here, and who has thoroughly enjoyed the spectacle on offer. We'll know in time if they all cycled within the stated range. I assume they all were, those that have returned I almost trust more now, in a warped way. But until I get proof otherwise, they all are fighting on level footing now.
Most riders here did fantastic, everyone had to give it their all at one point or anothere, known weaknesses showed, and almost everyone truly shined at differents parts of the finale. Wow.
And all were obviously spent towards the end. NO-ONE sucked wheels. You don't get at the end of stage 19 by not riding hard yourself.
Racing as it should be. As I said, I love this sport.
Doping is for the clinic, if you can't obey the rules than dissapearauscyclefan94 said:because he disagreed with you? if you don't want to talk about doping then SHUT THE **** UP!
davis_123 said:Beating someone by 9mins who was a former champion means nothing, Basso should have Sastre covered by around 18mins and he won the TDF only 2 years ago.
Simoni 9mins - Sastre 18mins which one is more conclusive hmm?

Whatever...no loss forr me!Zoncolan said:+ 1 to that being said about probably the only person who has constantly shown nothing but patience and tolerance to your incessant showing of lack of intelligence and understanding of the sport.
Had enough of you. You're on the ignore list.
The troll above will keep you company there.

i think thats well said - and I willl agree with that when the anger/fustration/grumpyness over the result & sleep deprevation moves onFrancois the Postman said:Been a great day to watch cycling for anyone who loves the sport. This is the issue:davis_123 said:Why? Because I have the balls to come on here and have an opinion against doping?
FYI I use to admire Ullrich and cheer for him at the TDF, when he was found out as a cheat I was ashamed at myself for supporting him, the same would happen if Evans tested positive.
To see people openly supporting riders like Basso and Vino who have been found guilty of doping digusts me, its worse then turning a blind eye to someone getting mugged or attacked.
Some of you people are pathetic, the drug culture in the sport is caused by the people supporting those that do it, if they were not supported and given proper bans the doping would drastically decrease.
I don't care who it is, be it Evans, Basso, Contador, etc.. If you get caught doping you should be ****ed off out of the sport forever and fined 5 years salary.
You people on here attack me for it, I say your all just spineless cowards who don't have the balls to stand up for anything.
