No, he burst onto the scene in 2012 by winning the Tour of Poland (ahead of a young Kwiat) and 2nd in Montreal. Then the year later he won Strade Bianche, then he disappeared for a couple of years in which his biggest (only) win was a stage in austria, coupled with an OK performance in Poland again. A win here could help him regain confidence, so he can realise his potential.

Yes, Henao looks very good. No surprise considering how strong he was going in Paris-Nice though. He was the pre race favorite.
