I'm starting to worry about Purito. Maybe he is done.

But it's not possible to be dropped by 30 riders in a small race, when you finished 11th in one of the best stage races of the year.

I think it's just training today. But i reallt doubt about the fact he can fight for the podium at PV.

I expect NOTHING from Purito until last week of the Tour de France. then the Olympics & Vuelta and Lombary....

He wants to fight for the overall, but his form is "only" steadily improving. That might not be enough to win. Hope I'm wrong.

Veeeeenga Ion! One of my fav riders, definitely. He almost never gets to win, did he really outsprint Henao on 8%? Anyways, seemed like a nice race, unfortunately I couldn't catch it (it was televised, aight?)

Don't think Purito has to worry about selection for the Olympics, he and Valverde should be certainties regardless of their results unless they get ill/injured.

You are modest. I'd say he needs a stage win and a podium to gain confidence for the Ardennes.

The last few hundred meters were very technical, once in there passing Izaguirre was very hard

I mean, guys like Dani Moreno, Ion, Navarro and others are banging on the door.
