Watson like a lot of other people in cycling simply follow the golden goose and Armstrong was/is the biggest golden goose. Evidence, he had a photographic section in Cycle Sport this year and when they announced Criterium International was being held in Corsica he expressed his dissappointment that he wouldnt be going as it was too out of the way. He said it would be the first time he wouldnt be attnending in 20 years. Armstrong then announces his appearence at the race and suddenly Watson is going to Criterium International. When in doubt simply follow the money trail.

No hypocrisy. Many of us on here believe that a Lemond is deserving of a much HIGHER LEVEL OF RESPECT than say, a Mr. Roll.

One is a 3x Tour winner and long-time voice in the wilderness speaking out against doping. The other is carnival barker who has long had his lips wrapped tight round the exhaust pipe of the Armstrong tour bus.

Respect is earned, primarily through actions.
