And a late entrant to my favourite lines of 2010. Which is what this thread is about people...

Armstrong loves to give people "The Look." Especially Asians. Asian women don't look enough like his mom, so he has just written off the whole ethnicity.

Same thread, responce to suggestion that ACF thinks Holland is filled with prostitutes.

Well isn't the typical Australian sunburned, drunk, unhurried and unreconstructed in his chauvinism?

So who really listens ACF

Actually theres a lot of gold in the Dutch mafia disputes, including constant bickering with Ruben (aka Dekker T) and Gesinks law (Goodwins law, just replace "Hitler" with "Gesink" , and "Nazis" with "Rabobank":D)

But here is the king Dekker T put down of them all

For people with British Eurosport, they can watch live from the start. I hope they can give updates

This one from WonderLance as an intro to his "Look at my huge poll":

I think that we have reached a point where we can say that the greatest moments in cycling history are behind us.

Now, as Lance transcends to his rightful place on the throne of the cycling kingdom where Merckx and Coppi feed him pealed grapes and Michlob Ultra from a crystal goblet, we can truly reflect on the fantastic moments he has given the cycling community.

So I present you with my huge poll. (not as big as Lance's Lance I'm sure)

Also there was one along the lines of:

Lance won everything he entered including the Olsen twin.

As funny as some of WL's stuff is, he was late to the dance on the mother thing. Some of the other guys were banging on that one since this forum started. I thought the anti-Asian approach was a fresh new side of that old dog.

no people purposefully hate riders because they need someone to bash so they can look like experts and it comforts there ego. Evans is an easy target which makes the bashers very cowardly and sad as it just gets old.

Proof that i was not the only one who attacked Ruben during the Vuelta

Hey guys, I missed yesterday's stage because I was at a family thing, so it's pretty fortunate that Dekker_Tifosu told us all what the outcome would be before the stage even started.

Let's hear it for Eze Mosquera winning the Vuelta, right guys?

LMFAO :p This thread is priceless ... brings back some memories!

Hey, how about last year with the string of crazies that came at the same time as BPC, or perhaps were BPC? I am not talking about Arbiter, etc, but more all of the Hombre's, etc. Some really crazy sh*t was being posted. Didn't one of them try to say AC Dopador and Pharmstrong both made their improvements due to issues related to their brains (of course, both experienced very different problems, but never let the facts get in the way ... :p)

Epic. Thanks for the link. I'm slowly working my way through the thread, so much good information; And, so many related topics in a single thread, I find myself taking notes. I particularly appreciated this comment in response to the CO2 heavier than Air risk:

This was the original fern:

There was a lot going on in that thread.

Unfortunately, the stuff on Paceline was all deleted when they took down that forum. JV's work there was legend.

What if Pellizotti did the Giro?

In fact if Pellizotti had raced Sastre probably doesn't crash five times, Wigans doesn't the lose pink after the first day, and Evans never gets pink in the first place.

More importantly with Pellizotti racing, does the 12 minute break on stage # whatever still occur?

I say it doesn't.
Thoughts?

I think it's interesting to try to figure out what the impact on this year's Giro would have been if Coppi had come back from the dead to ride it. Given that Zombies always seem to have super-human speed and strength, his climbing would have been phenomenal. But since Zombies also have poor motor skills, his descending would have been at about Basso's level, maybe even worse. Of course the strength of zombie-Coppi's team wouldn't have mattered, since he'd have just eaten them.

This continuation of Imbatidos sig.

I stick by my statement that if you put Contador on Lance's Ferrari program, he would be able to climb as fast a a bicycle duct-taped to the space shuttle. I know this is sheer hypothesis, since Alberto would never openly admit to being on any program, let alone Ferrari's, and NASA would never let anyone duct tape a bike to the shuttle (and I don't think any launches are scheduled for a while anyway), but theoretically, I feel quite strongly that the hypothesis is valid.

Well I feel pretty stupid now, this was the guy I was thinking about who started 20 threads in one night. And he's not even banned, apparently he just lost interest and wandered off.
This thread was a response to the "Think Before You Start a New Thread" sticky.

Think before you start a lawn mower!
Does your lawn really need to be mowed today?
Could your time be better spent posting multiple threads on cyclingnews?
Are lawn mowers dangerous?
Do you have a lawn?

Good old WBT, originally from CF. I think he is still around. ;)

I think he got banned when a bug crawled up the ass of someone at CN and they banned a whole bunch of people with no warning and no explanation. Most are came back under different names.
