He was on FDJ. He disobeyed a team order to not go into the breakaway, and Madiot got a little pissed about that. Then, when he obviously changed teams the following season, he decided that the appropriate course of action would be to change nationally as well.

We just need the name like!

It's probably David Boucher then. But he became Belgian a couple of years before Madiot threw out of the Eneco Tour.

I didn't know he'd already become Belgian at that time. I just remembered that rather, errr, weird, situation. :lol:

Not from Belgium of Switzerland. Just went through his palmares and saw thathe won the baby giro as an amateur.
