i'm not sure if you are joking or not. 50000/250 = your answer.

Additional distance per lap for riding on the red line is 2 pi metres, yes? He is not quite that far off the black, but if we say 4m per lap, then he has a 1.6% inefficiency. Over 220 laps, that would be 880m.
