Note that Sagan speaks really fluent italian. Near-natively I'd say.
He definitely could not have acquired that level of competence in the two years he's been with Liquigas.
Wonder what contacts he had in Italy before turning a pro.

Anyway, Sagan has everything: talent, looks.

I think you're on an political rant here that has little to do with cycling. On topic, do you view e.g. Ricco as purely an exceptional physical specimen? When you see unbelieveably strong performances, you have to at least consider that they're just that...

I'd add that I only posted in this thread in an attempt at even-handedness, because I'm so reluctant to scrutinise Sagan, who is just so impressive in what he does on a bike. I don't want to maintain any illusions about the riders I like.

edit - to be fair though, many of Sagan's impressive performances have been down to speed and technical skill, which shouldn't arouse suspicion.

In a short, explosive, gymkana-like course. Where he had already done very well in 2010 and 2011.

Sagan is good in prologues usually because he's explosive and a great bike-handler (same reason most sprinters can do pretty good prologues when they want). He's crap on longer ITTs.
