That's the way I've been reading all of these various reports. Ultimately, the court in France has no juridiction over Baker or Landis, and this is a feable attempt to try and intimiate them into gaining that jurisdiction. As I've said previously, the French Court knows the exact process to follow to actually gain jurisidiction, but they aren't following it.
