...when you do fark articles, shilling for specific product categories, make the companies you are promoting, pay to make the article free to view by everyone. More viewers of the fark, more money in your pockets...win/win...you're welcome for the extra revenue you'll be getting, because I would read some of those articles, but I will never pay to get behind your wall.
As the proprietor of a local bikeshop I love that articles with hard hitting editorial content such as

"Garmin Fenix 7S Solar smartwatch hits cheapest ever price ahead of Black Friday"​

and

"Vitus and Nukeproof kids' bikes get huge Black Friday discounts amid Wiggle CRC insolvency"​

are basically the only ones I can read without paying.

As a loyal patron of an LBS, I apologize for suggesting people be able to read articles that are causing local shops to go out of business. While I do not buy all of my items from my LBS (YouBet Bikes), I definitely buy more than 85% from them. They're good guys, and I feel pretty sure that Amazon will not fix my bike when it needs fixing.
