Italian BB vs. English BB

This is going to be a stupid question, but I can't seem to find a straight answer.

I currently run an Italian BB Campy Chorus group, but am thinking of switching this groupset over to a Cervelo S1 frame I have acquired.

To my understanding...I just need to buy a new English BB that fits, right?

Or do I have to worry about cranks, etc?

Yes, that's correct, provided the front derailleur mounts are similar between the two frames, too. Otherwise you'll also need one of those.
