Please stop deriving patterns from samples of two.
I'm not saying that's how they always select their breakaway riders.

They probably won't get in the top-5 of the GC, and to the degree that they have a chance for that, it won't be affected by how much they use their doms on a stage like this one. A stage win should be possible today, and that's well worth the energy expended.I don't understand why Jayco has been chasing down the break in the last 2 days and wasting their riders - Better to put a rider in the break and make other teams work - Do this and it will not affect their GC prospects in this race.
the penultimate bump (now tops with 8k to go) is 1k at 10%. So I'd be surprised, if it's a sprint big enough for Schelling, if at all.![]()
Schelling can probably also survive. Maybe Hayter as well.

One of the Jumbo riders hit the rear wheel of Vingegaard and crashed.

Vingo needs no team with Ineos
Kirby has to say Shellmose at least 10x for each stage, it's in the contract.
He probably didn't notice the stage had been changed.WTF is Kirby on about the cameras messing up the intermediate and the 19km from home mark, then blaming the organisers putting it in the wrong place when the profile clearly shows the intermediate sprint to be 17,5km from the line.
must be looking at the old profile. So you'll probably get the same confusion again when he notices that there are only 2 climbs in the end instead of 3WTF is Kirby on about the cameras messing up the intermediate and the 19km from home mark, then blaming the organisers putting it in the wrong place when the profile clearly shows the intermediate sprint to be 17,5km from the line.
