Oh Jan...what happened to you?!

It's even worse than we would have ever imagined  Today German papers Report that he's a total Train wreck. Cocaine addicted, severe alcoholic, totally lost his mind. He "wants to break the world record in Smoking" (apparently he smokes three cigarettes at once), he tells his neighbours that he switched from aphetamines to cocaine cause it's not as bad for the Body. He says that he doesn't want to live much longer

I hope this is tabloid journalism and not the truth. I true, he needs help. This is very sad to hear.

That's what his neighbor (Till Schweiger) told the news. Allegedly, they became friends over the last two years when they lived next to each other, however Ulle started to behave increasingly worrying after his divorce.

Thanks for the info. I don't know much about Jan's personal life and I didn't know he was divorced. He has 4 kids, right? Does his ex-wife and kids still live close? That stuff is very hard to deal with. I wish him the best and hope he gets his life sorted out.

A German newspaper reports that no other than Lance Armstrong is on his way to Mallorca to confront Ullrich and call him out on his downfall. Maybe he can achieve something as apparently no one of his Family or old friends was able to achieve anything.
celebrity intervention, sounds like a mtv show...

The Frankfurt police reports: "Today in the early morning hours, a 44-year-old hotel guest has been arrested after a tangible confrontation." In the meantime, the Frankfurt public prosecutor has confirmed to news agencies that the arrested person is the former professional cyclist Jan Ullrich.

"Previously, the guest was in dispute with an escort lady who stayed with him, and in the further course he should have physically attacked and injured them," the police say. Even the homicide squad was turned on, as several media report. According to information in the picture Ullrich massively strangled the woman because he was not satisfied with his "sexual performance".

Jan Ullrich had been so under alcohol and drugs that he could not be heard, as the prosecutor Frankfurt told the Hessischer Rundfunk. The injured victim had to be medically treated. [...]

Damn, and people call Armstrong a sociopath. Seems like Ullrich is much, much worse. Will they be taking away his Tour victories as well or was that only for Armstrong?

"Sociopath" doesn't mean what you think it means and Armstrong's victories weren't taken away for the reason you think they were and basically what the hell are you saying Pisti.
