I doubt on his salary whilst he was at Endura he would be able to afford blood doping. I also doubt he had access to the people who could facilitate that kind of thing.

A 'steroid' passport has been planned by WADA for a while. I think its being implemented for 2014 in some sports.

That would not catch HGH changes though.

The test normally run for Testosterone is the ratio test. Typically a federation won't run the test for artificial Test. Just don't cross the threshold value.

HGH testing requires a blood sample. Here's an elegant explanation why WADA's HGH test is for idiots to fail. http://www.sherdog.com/training/HGH-Testing-42387 Lots more work/money needed from the IOC if they actually want to control HGH doping. They don't though. This is EPO all over again. Different performance gains, but the actual dragging of feet to control use is no different.
