UCI has already financed and enriched these two PR**KS beyond their salaries so in a way UCI money will be paying for it.

Hein is a salesman, but unlike the used car type guys he operates on a different level. I can't see "lets extract a bit of cash out of Kimmage" being the real motive here.

Don't think it makes a difference to Kimmage however.

I was under the impression that there was some draconian EU pact that would allow enforcement of a judgment against Kimmage if he refused to show, and Pat and Hein got a judgment by default.
