I don't think so - he's typical of all of the sociopaths that run/have run world sport... Jacques Rogge, Sepp Blatter, Max Mosley, to name but a few.

The one thing that all of them have had in common is their uncanny ability to NOT navel gaze. They seriously don't give a sh*t what anybody thinks of them. And they also all seem to have an uncanny ability to be able to hold onto power way beyond all hope. I don't think the show is even over for Blatter.
