At the moment Tour of the Alps isn't so action packed either, but at least the surroundings are nicer.

I would take the finish away from Mur de Huy and try to add a few more climbs along the way, if possible.

Liege has been a lot better in recent years. Jungels’ win was great, and it’s been a very competitive race every year since.
