They'll tell you they think is wrong with the world. Daily Mail loves a bit of controversy, and Lance had handed them some on a plate by being the sociopathic nut that a lot of us believe he is.

The guy had GI problems. He was on the hunt for a bathroom, or else this video could have been a lot more embarrassing for him.

Ahh, the latest bit of damage control. First he didn't see her. Next he was exhausted and oblivious to his surroundinds (despite high fiving the crowd.) Now he had a sudden crap attack, which evidently struck somewhere between between high fiving the crowd and getting punked at the line.

Interestingly people who were there, including the guy shooting the video, were saying how loud it really was and how they can understand how he would not have heard her.

I missed seeing her response at the race, but in LA's defense, it was a total ZOO at the finish, with the crowd going completely wild ...at least as loud as for Tim O. And banks of cameras watching the finish, which I doubt you'd see for the 6th place guy at any other race. In fact, all the cameras except one or two, and most of the crowd, filed out after Lance, and poor Marino Van H got...diddly. It was almost like, yeah, buddy, 6th is big cheers and 7th is squat. Sort of a weird situation.

Im not a LA fan as most of you know, but in this case he clearly wouldnt have ignored his own daughter. I caught it when he finished, and i thought well he looks like hes about to pass out, im sure he didnt see her.

Yes, I was the one that shot that video ( http://youtu.be/HJo_aN4Eg2M )...

...it was loud at the finish line, and I don't think Lance was blowing off his daughter. I think he just didn't hear with the crowd cheering, and wanted to get some privacy.

Sorry to interrupt the Armstrong/anyone who does not bash Armstrong bashing, please continue.

You sir, are a Team Fabiani salad tossing chamois sniffing intern.
Not that there is anything wrong with that:)

And you are right - no way Lance could hear with all the cheering.
What Lance needs to do is have his daughter yell "BOO BOO BOO" next time. That will stand out over the cheering. That BooBooBoo guy still cracks me up.
Hopefully the crowd would not turn on her though

I'm with you. When I'm in noisy surroundings I find it hard to SEE my children. Something about noise that effects my eyesight ;)

im not pro lance, im antif@kwit - so that means im against a small group of absolute nobodies, that has nowhere else to post but here.
btw , lance has come out and called those who claim he deliberately snubbed his daughter fools. exactly what you are. anyone but yourself can clearly see it - and im impartial to the whole lance thing. it doesnt bother me if he did or did not take drugs, it does not bother me if he paid off someone etc. i dont care.

what does bother me is a bunch of wannabe expert internet warriors who all gather in some small dark recess of the internet and write garbage, made up facts, stupid assumptions, and ridiculous claims like they are some sort of leading experts. sorry but you're not, and i dont care if i hurt your feelings by telling you how stupid you actually are.

Check out Jones playing the lead role of Lance Armstrong and Armstrong himself in the role of Kloden. Remember Le Blaireau's advice, "No gifts".

Problem is Lance hasn't got a very good track record for telling the truth... is hard to believe him. But don't take our word for it.. the video says it all....

You also may not have a problem with him taking drugs paying off sporting officials and thats ok... But there's probably a few in the Pro peloton who were p1ssed off with the fact.... and maybe a few million more fans who were hoodwinked by the books, the lies and the proclamations of innocence that they do care.

And I don't think you've hurt anyone's feelings! I think most feel sorry for you!

Since it is supposedly a 'non-issue' that we fringe in the forum have completely fabricated from the 2 second vid clip--- why did Lance deem it necessary to acknowledge and respond ?? Does he not have way more important things going on??

What does she say?

Do you think his daughter(s) read an article like the one in the Mail, scope the comments, and realize their dad is a d^ck, or do they feel compelled to defend him?

Can't be fun growing up in the internet-age and having so much feedback available, desired or not.

Actually that makes you firmly pro-Lance. You are not impartial.

Welcome to Britain where we actually tell it like It is. I don’t think the intern tentacles reach as far as the UK. The Daily Mail is infamous in the UK.

The Mail is massive in the US, it has one of the largest online news presences out there. They love the gossip/celeb stuff in it.

Just the truth a few of us have known for quite a few years now. LA owns raceradio as well as most of the posters on this forum.

Lance Armstrong ‏ @lancearmstrong
@BenWG good to see ol RR's obsession hasn't waned.

Ah yes, the millionaire superstar who spends much of his time complaining when people point out he is being an a$$. Hires people to find out posters identity, trolls message boards in his barely readable GED english.....he and his buddy the Hog even complain when people are NOT writing about them.

I seldom write about Armstrong anymore on twitter. For some reason he is still obsessed with me. I am sure by now his handlers have told him to stop, that it only makes him look silly and petty, but he just can't stop. He is obsessed.

Feel sorry for the guy. Some of us have moved on but it is clear he can't.

Lighten up. Not everyone comes on here to either rip or defend Lance. My post was attempting to poke fun at those who get worked up over a 30 second clip of a guy who just finished a triathlon.

Kids these days spend an awful amount of time on their computers. But you will have to trust my experience on this one - "The Mail" is not a place they would be hanging out at. Also, most kids are familiar with the meme "haterz gonna hate", so if they did read the comments as you imagine in your imaginary world, they would get lots of reinforcement of the meme. They will see that many people are d>cks, but certainly not their dad.

Although for Lance as a dad, it must be disconcerting to have his kids being discussed in interweb forums like this. There are enough worries for a dad without creepy internet dudes and dudettes yikes.

Why don't you lighten up? You are obviously worked enough about it to leap to the defense of a doping fraud. We all know what you were attempting: To come up with yet another excuse to give Armstrong a pass for his behavior.

I am now waiting for the, "I have friends who are black--Oops, I mean I am not pro-Armstrong..."

If Armstrong is upset about it then maybe he should not have doped. Maybe he should stop lying about it. Maybe he should tell his kids the truth. Maybe he (and his homers) should stop blaming others for his moral failings and accept responsibility for what he did.

Unless his kids are stupid, they will figure out that his whole career was a fraud and he is a liar. It would probably be best for them if he did not wait until they drew the obvious conclusions themselves.

If his ten year old daughter is reading the utter sh@te that is the Mail then he really has failed as a father!

It has become the number one visited "news" site.

This alone is compelling evidence enough that the Internet is in fact the destroyer of all that is good in the world

That's no ownage. Actually it's a little pitiful. Even if it's true that RR is "obsessed" about him, so what? Even without the baggage, he's one of the greatest cyclists of all time, and used to be a massive celebrity, why wouldn't people be "obsessed" about him?

Do you think Katy Perry or Lionel Messi, or George Clooney give a **** about some random guy saying unfavourable things about them on twitter?
