Where exactly on the route is the bad weather?
Buttom of the descend?
The climb?
Why not have the times count from the moment they reach the bad weather?

It was a good call but done on a bad moment...

They knew the road were impossible, but they communicated the decision too late!

Well that is a gift to Bernal, Kruisjwijk still had more in the tank and closed that gap somewhat if he knew and dropped his teammate

Can't they transfer the riders to the bottom of Tignes and start with time gaps at the top of Iseran?

Hard to tell where hail is. Seemed to be on the next ascent. Saw it was near one of the tunnels.

I was in Tignes in March, that road is on the bottom of the climb
